Meet The Team!

​Sarah is our principal Occupational Therapist. She graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Occupational Therapy. Sarah is certified as a Sensory Integration Therapist (SCSIT). She has experience working with children with developmental delays, ASD, sensory processing disorder, motor delays and feeding issues. Sarah believes in a play-based therapy approach to help children and families reach their goals. She enjoys outdoor play, group games, arts and crafts and messy play to engage children.

​Sarah is our principal Occupational Therapist. She graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Occupational Therapy. Sarah is certified in Ayres' Sensory Integration and as a DIRFloortime™ provider. She has experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD and motor delays. Sarah believes in a play-based therapy approach to help children and families reach their goals. She enjoys outdoor play, group games and messy play to engage children.

Christy graduated from Charles Sturt University and has been working as an occupational therapist for over 10 years. She has experience working with the NDIS in rehabilitation and community health services. Christy values working from a family-centred approach to help children work towards their goals, recognise their potential and engage in meaningful daily activities. Bringing with her a vast amount of passion and creativity when working with children, Christy continues to actively develop her skills in sensory processing, developmental delays and play-based therapy.

Heather is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Canberra. She loves working with children and enjoys messy and outdoor play. In her spare time, Heather enjoys dancing, cooking and spending time with her friends. Heather has joined Up Therapy Services as a therapy assistant to help provide additional support to children within the clinic and in group programs.

Annabelle is completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Canberra. She has experience working with children with Autism. On weekends, she likes playing the ukulele and dancing. Annabelle has joined the Up Therapy team as a therapy assistant to provide additional support for children within the clinic and in group programs.

Yana is Up Therapy's Administration Assistant. She has experience working with the NDIS, and is the point of contact for all invoicing matters.
